I used to order a big zip sealed bag of melatonin tablets by another company that was not expensive, was reasonably easy to swallow,, with no after taste. It was a huge bag that lasted over 9 months, but did take up a lot of cabinet/drawer space. The next time i went to place an order with the same company, I was dismayed to see that they only offered this particular dosage in a chalky chewable tablet form, with a HORRID berry flavor that lingered, even after I swallowed a good bit of water. Also, it arrived with the bag partially open and the smell of fake berry was reeling through the cardboard delivery box. Why do this for/to adults?! So a search for another brand began, and after spending time reading reviews and assorted brand descriptions, here I am writing a nice happy review. I really like the small gel capsule form, in my hard to find dosage of 15 mg. The bottle lasts for 8 months, and I am happily on my second bottle of eight month dosage. I take one capsule nightly about an hour before bed; within 40-50 minutes, my eyes are droopy and I notice how sleepy I am. Most every night, I fall asleep within five minutes and do not wake up until a good solid six or seven hours of sleep- so sound is sleep that I don’t move an inch overnight. I just hope that the company never stops making this particular version, especially without a putrid berry flavor that lingered far too long.

The bottle seal was peeled off, I'm not sure I want to risk it.
