Omg in one day a huge difference.. This is truly what I have been missing in my life… the dose is perfect for me. I’m going to get the rest of their products. Wonderful product ladies , taking it for two weeks consistently so far haven’t been getting those awful menstrual cramps after cycle. Notice some changes and very hopeful this is helping out. Def noticed a difference just be consistent on it and try for yourself see a change within first month

Decided to try these after lipo and after a week or so of using them, decided I would continue to use them. It is easy to remember to use them, and they do work.
