Amazing chair, 13th birthday present - easy to set up, comfortable and great price.

Took all of 15 20 minutes to setup. Works well I weigh about 180pounds (80ish kg) and it felt sturdy supports my weight well. Only concern is the chair had slight rust on 2 screw holes slightly going over the leather, it was just a quick wipe and the rust on the leather was gone. The rest of the rust was hidden behind arm rests.

great colour and design, durable and comfortable

There are so many parts of this chair that annoyed and disappointed me that it's hard to know where to start. The build quality is lackluster. The base that holds the wheels is completely plastic, and is full of deformities. I have had plenty of experience of those plastic bases breaking apart before and these deformities only make that more of a likelihood in my head. The chair doesn't reach nearly as high as my previous chair, so I couldn't reach my keyboard and mouse comfortably. The back support is non-existent. The bucket seat is far too high at the sides and is solid, making for a very uncomfortable experience. The footrest has all kinds of flex issues I don't even want to think about, for my thoughts alone may be enough to snap the thing straight off the chair. I found it hard to get comfortable in, and overall the price comparison to my previous chair is unjustifiable, especially considering how afterwards I sat back in my old chair and my only thought was "this is leagues better." Now, onto disassembly. You can't. Most of it is fine, sure, but the gas cylinder friction fits both into the aforementioned plastic base, and the metal part with the recline and height controls. These 3 pieces are held together by some kind of supernatural force. I am returning this product, and need to fully disassemble it to get it back in the original packaging. I covered the gas cylinder with a towel to ensure it wouldn't be damaged, and hit it with a hammer. So many times. It is still in the exact same position within the plastic base as it was before. I have tried pulling it apart, I have tried twisting it apart. At this rate I am feeling like I was just scammed out of £126.99, as I may well be completely unable to disassemble it enough to return it at all. Thoroughly unimpressed. TL;DR: This chair has caused me alone more stress than it will ever bring anyone comfort. You will not like it, and you will only grow to hate it more as you attempt to return it. Do not buy. Do not even think about buying. Move on. It's not worth it.

Quality it good, foot rest means you can sit, slouch whatever! Very good quality very comfy. Supports my back as I have scoliosis. Only issue is the back rest feels to large and moves a bit too much for me with making too much noise. But it is such good quality. Easy to build only took 30 minutes. Amazing.
