Clear sound for a Small Bar!
This sound bar produces high quality audio! Decent low end for the Full Range effect! Multiple inputsI did find however that connecting this with Analog Audio on 3.5 inch audio jack did not produce good audio and had interference in the audio. The Digital audio input worked great, as well as the HDMI Audio input produced great clear Audio!

Powered on for 20 hours per day since 2023 still works like if its brand new.
I have been using mine since 2023, i cant sleep with out music so this has been basically powered on bluetooth and always playing sounds and the battery havent failed me yet. The sound quality is good, easy to use, quick installation , and its cheap but good quality.

An affordable and functional sound bar system...
I own two LARKSOUND sound bar systems, so that says something about my general satisfaction with the company's product. This is my second LARKSOUND system, and the least expensive of the two. I bought it to enhance the sound quality of a smaller second TV set that I use only intermittently aside from my larger screen set. The set on which it is used has small, tinny, anemic speakers that don't cut the mustard. It serves that purpose as a sound enhancer well. The sound bar sets up rather easily, even for a tech-impaired person like myself. Several options to connect the sound bar are offered, which matters. By pushing a button on the remote you can select a sound profile to use such as "movie" or "voice." I may be starting to have an issue with the remote, but will contact an available company tech support if needed. All in all, I am satisfied with this LARKSOUND lower-priced system for the purpose that I use it as it does provide enhancement.

I really wanted to like this, but it's awful.
I purchased this because the size was perfect for my set up and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. I needed a small speaker that could connect to a TV through eARC. I didn't think my expectations were high, but apparently they needed to be much lower.Product support: The first thing to note here is the "Product Support" links are a lie. If you visit their website, the "Contact Us" button isn't a link, it's just text. This product isn't listed on their website and there are zero support documents available. If you go through Amazon to their brand page, there is no actual support information on this product outside of a few FAQs.LED light: When you first turn on the speaker, you can change connection modes easily (Bluetooth, HDMI, etc all have a different color LED that is on the right side of the speaker (when it's facing you). For HDMI it's a vibrant green. Unfortunately, every time you hit a button the remote to control it, this light comes on and in the dark, it's awful. It stay on for 10 to 20 seconds and then shuts back off. If this was it's only issue, I might get over it after time. But it's not.Sound quality: I tested the speaker with a couple different high quality HDMI cables and the sound quality was okay. I wasn't expecting super high quality for this price, so it wasn't a deal killer. When you're adjusting the volume, there is a brief static sound, but it's not super loud.Remote control: Whether you use the remote that it came with or the TV remote, controls are delayed and sluggish. The remote has the necessary buttons to control it, but when you're pressing the volume down button, you're going to feel like a sweaty try-hard in a first person shooter. The volume: Every time I turn it back on, the volume defaults back to 60! Why?! No idea, but it sucks. For some reason, the volume doesn't adjust by 1 step, it adjusts by 3 or 4 (it's inconsistent). Again, no idea why.I will be returning the speaker.

LARKSOUND 31 inch sound bar.
The optical cable has the same connector at each end, but both have the little clear hemispheres, when only the end that goes into the TV fits with the clear plastic bulb on it, while the OTHER end won't plug into the soundbar until you pull the little bulb off! I followed all the directions in the manual and activated the soundbar but still couldn't plug the optical connector in until I discovered I could pull it off and THEN it fit perfectly! The soundbar came on instantly and sounds great, was MUCH LOUDER than I wanted but VERY clear sound, (unlike the soundbar it replaces.) The remote works very well to control the output, and with it you can select different inputs, like HDMI. The 31 inch soundbar comes in 2x 15 1/2 inch pieces and won't work until you electrically connect and lock the two halves together. It looks like somebody was thinking when they designed it (except for that damned little bulb.) No wall-wart with this one, just a slim power cord plug. It sounds and looks great for what I wanted.

Cable between the two sides are very short
I’ve bought 2 of these and the sound is good however I bought them with the intention of separating them to make a surround sound and the cable that connects the two pieces together is only 3” inches long and I have yet as to find a longer optical cable that has a male and female end to extend them and I’ve got a bunch of optical cables all with male ends, it seems like they would make the cable longer or at least include a adapter.
