Due to a prolonged illness which lasted about 18 months or so, I lost some of my hair and what is left became very fine. Prior to the illness my hair was very thick.A couple of months ago I began using bamboo capsules which are rich in silica, eventually I added Biotin 5000 by Young Life Research.Aside from the above mentioned supplements, I switched to a plant based diet, started using a shampoo formulated to help regrow hair and added pumpkin seeds to my lunch smoothie.The other day I had hair trimmed and shaped.The stylist told me that I have little 'baby sprouts of hair' growing.She asked what I was doing and I mentioned to her the supplements I am taking and my diet.She said, 'Of course! I should have guessed. The biotin! Your skin is gorgeous, too!'So, in her opinion of all the things I am doing to regrow my hair, it is the biotin that is making things happen.I will not stop using this biotin product along with the bamboo caps and all the other things to continue to regain my health and keep healthy and feeling and looking as good as I can!This is an excellent product.Highly recommend.

I've been taking biotin for exactly one year today. In May 2017, I got a very short haircut. I ended up hating it a lot. So I heard about biotin so I started taking it the same month. The pic on the left is when I got my haircut and the pic on the right is one year later after taking biotin every single day. It has not only made my hair grow faster but my hair is a lot fuller/thicker. My hair used to be baby fine and on the thinner side but not it has fullness since taking biotin. I love it and highly recommend it!

I recently purchased this, and I am very pleased so far with YounGlo's "high quality" Biotin! I already feel a difference in my energy level, and I especially see a difference in my nails - they are much stronger and the ridges are disappearing! I also have drastic thinning of my hair due to hormonal changes with age, so I'm hoping in a month or two the Biotin will help this as well. I can honestly say I have never known anyone to have worse nails that me. My nails were very thin, constantly peeling, chipping, and splitting. They always looked terrible. I was ashamed for anyone to see them.I tried acrylic and gel nails which made my nails even worse. A couple of months ago I did some research to see if maybe there was anything that might possibly help. That's when I heard about Biotin. Shopping on Amazon I saw that Young Life Biotin was reasonably priced and had a high rating. I was skeptical, but I cannot begin to say how strong and healthy my nails are now! I would never have believed it. If your nails are weak, I cannot recommend Young Life Biotin enough.

I have been taking this Biotin for a few months because my other biotin that I got from my local superstore brand ran out and was not working as it first was. I have several health issues(take lots of medications) and my age that has caused my nails to be cracked, peeling and very brittle. I take 1 pill twice daily, once in the morning and one at night and OMG my nails are growing long and strong! I haven't changed anything else in my life except these pills. So if it's doing great for your nails, imagine what else it's doing great too in your body. You have got a customer for life now! I work with my hands in chemicals and water daily and still my nails are STRONG & long. No more hiding my hands. THANK YOU so much for a awesome product with great ingredients.

I have strong nails, my hair is the reason I started taking this product and for some reason right after I began taking this my nails started getting weak. My nails thinned, they were splitting and I kept taking this product thinking it would help but in turn I feel like it only made things worse. I finally decided to stop taking it about a week ago in hopes my nails will grow back in o the long, nice nails they were before. I won't be buying this again. There must be something else in it.

I have had problems with one of my nails splitting for a very long time. I am thrilled to say that taking this product has completely fixed the splitting from occurring any longer. My nails look great! I read so many reviews on so many different products before deciding on this one. I’m glad it worked out. Will definitely recommend and also use this again.
