Does this smell horrible to humans?

To me it had a very strong lemon smell. I wouldn't say it smells horrible but it's personal preference.

We have artificial grass and it hasn’t damaged it. We don’t have children so I wouldn’t know about how harmful it would be to children. They smell really strong and are bright green but as time goes in they go a white colour are are more noticeable
