Good vegitarian option for Vitamin D3
This Viitamin D3 is vegetarian.

They are good vitamins.
Pills are not to big. Easy to take them. Make sure to drink full glass of water and I normally take them with my breakfast.

Works for me.
I suffer from seasonal depression and normally take vitamin D3 in the winter because Pennsylvania winters can be brutal. I realized this past winter I forgot to start my vitamin D3. I wanted to try something new and came across this one. I actually felt a difference after I started taking it. My doctor said to take it year round. I do the 2500 IU through the summer and just bumped to two in the morning to start preparing for winter. I take it with chelated magnesium as they work well together. Every pill works differently for each individual, but I definitely think this is one worth trying. I had my levels checked in March and I was in the middle range and that was taking one pill. I plan on asking my doctor to check again in the spring after being on the higher dose to see where my levels are.

Life saver! Lichen for the win!
I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency so I bought the standard products but they didn't agree with me. So I stopped.I went online and after months found a line in a NIH article that standard vitamin d is made from lanolin, or sheep. Wool. I'm allergic to lanolin.So I tried this and have not experienced any negative effects and am able to treat the deficiency. Minor miracle.

Great product. No side effects. No taste. Easy to swallow, although for me, I put my vitamins in my yogurt & swallow them that way. Great price.

The media could not be loaded. We use this brand for so many of our vitamins. I love that they have so many vegan options and they are a great price on Amazon especially in double packs like this one.
