What are heated tobacco products?

Heated tobacco products, unlike electronic cigarettes, contain tobacco and create a tobacco-enriched vapour that can be inhaled. Importantly, the tobacco is heated rather than combusted during use of Ploom products.

Does the Ploom device produce smoke?

No. Because of the Heatflow technology, the tobacco stick in the Ploom device is heated rather than burnt. This creates a tobacco vapour that can be inhaled.

How do I stop a session?

Simply remove the EVO tobacco stick (sold separately) and close the sliding cover. A recently used tobacco stick may be very hot. Please always put the used tobacco stick in a stick tray. Pressing the operation button will not end a session.

Can I re-start using my Ploom device after not using it for a while?

The battery in Ploom X gradually discharges over time when not used and may need to be recharged. In this case, it may take more than 90 minutes to be fully charged. The device cannot be used while charging.
