Modway Contour Mid-Century Modern 55" Media TV Stand in Oak, 15 x 54.5 x 18.5

I absolutely adore this media cabinet. It’s nice and low, with very good build quality overall. I opted to change the handles, which I think elevates it just enough to give it a classier vibe.Assembly: The pieces are marked well with numbers printed directly on the parts in an inconspicuous location. There are a few pieces that should only be installed one way, so pay special attention to the instructions.Build: The unit feels solid and has a decent weight to it where most people would think it costs more than it does. The tambour doors slide smoothly in their tracks, but are a little noisy and require a bit more force to operate than expected.Design: The design is efficient and functional with the center shelf being adjustable to 3 heights. I do wish the rear opening for the center area was enclosed in some way with a better cable management solution as the large hole makes it easy to see through to the back from certain positions; I may make something to provide additional coverage. The end compartments are open and spacious, but I wish there were shelves to help with organization. The dimensions of the unit are tidy with a low height that’s perfect for keeping the TV at eye-level while seated.Overall, I’m pretty thrilled with this cabinet. The handles are easily replaced (each attached with 2 Phillips screws that are spaced 7.5” apart), which really help give this piece an extra touch of elegance.

This TV stand is great! It was delivered within 2 days after ordering and arrived in great condition. Putting it together was easy and only took about an hour. The directions where straight forward and came with everything you need to build it. If you have an electric drill it will make it easier to put together. There is a section of the top piece that has a long scratch on it but it’s on the back side of the stand and is not that noticeable. I read in the other comments that they also have this scratch but it’s easily hidden and really not that bad. It’s very low to the ground and smaller than I thought so definitely measure before buying. I do wish it was a little taller so it had more storage but it’s still a great piece.If you’re looking for a mid-century modern piece for you space I would definitely go for it. If you’re looking for something that has lots of storage and can fit a TV larger than 55 inches then I would look somewhere else.Overall this is a great TV stand and looks fantastic in our space. It’s definitely on the pricey side but it’s solid made with great material.

This piece looks amazing and given that it is a DIY piece of furniture, with some real wood but mostly engineered or laminated MDF, it looks amazing. It does not look like an IKEA piece. Assembly was easy to follow, though it took some time. But that's expected, and you need to follow the instructions carefully--that should be a given but sometimes people forget to look at the diagrams carefully. The pieces were labeled clearly, making it much easier to do it right.

Nice, heavy quality and easy to put together. Fits my TV and living room beautifully.

Overall, I love this TV stand. It's cute, it was quick and easy to assemble, and it's very sturdy! My only real complaint is that the sliding doors do get stuck unless you apply pressure while sliding them on the tracks. Additionally, I do wish there were shelves in the side compartments and not just the center. I would buy again.

Looks really good and decent quality.

Looks beautiful but very cheap material. I don’t think the price is worth the material you get. you think it’s going to be able to withstand things bumping into it or being set on it and moved, even the tiniest thing moving on it scratches or dents it.

It looks exactly as shown in pictures. Quality is pretty good too, seems sturdy. I was worried about damage in shipping after reading other comments but there was none in the unit I got. Assembly was easy, took about an hour. Love the color and the sliding doors. It looks great in our living room!
