Standard warranty is 12 months, however, if anything happened after 12 months, you can still email us back to ask for support, we have a flexible return policy.

Q: can I have this package with a 16 channel dvr instead of 8 channel?

We only do the system with 8 channel DVR box.

Q: are the cameras poe or do they require a power source?

These aren't ethernet cameras, so won't have POE.

Q: Can this connect to the internet wireless or does it need a cable?

A cable is needed, however a powerline adapter is a great solution.
