This set really fit the bill for me. I’ve a Citizen Eco-Drive watch that needed its capacitor replacing, and this watch’s back was simply impossible to remove. Enter this kit: reasonably priced, and well made, it was exactly what I needed. I required both kit components to actually effect dismantling. Without the extra leverage afforded by the included vice, I simply could not have done it. Highly recommended for anyone needing to repair a wide variety of watch configurations.

This is a great little tool set. I have a Casio dive watch that I wore into a high pressure water environment and the water-resistant seal failed, leading to all kinds of moisture and nasty inside the watch. Instead of taking it to a watch-fixer that would have cost me who knows how much, I grabbed this kit. It comes with the silver handle as shown, 6 sets of "bits" for the notches on the back of your watch, and the little vise for hold your watch. Operation is fairly simple: on the silver device screw in a set of bits that fit your watch back, load your watch into the vise and tighten the vise. Adjust the silver device using the little wheels so that at least 1 of the upper bits as well as the lower bit are in the watch's notches. Grasp the vice in one hand, silver device in the other and twist to break the watch back free. This kit is great, cheap, and let me save my watch! Overall great little kit.
