Love this backpack
Bought for a family trek up Scafell Pike. Carried my waterproof clothing, extra jumper, first aid kit, 3 small water bottles, 2 x 2 litre water bottles to refill, sandwiches, fruit and snacks for all family. Fitted a lot into it. It was heavy (at least for much of the trek), but was incredibly comfortable on me (6 foot 2 and 90kg).The shoulder straps are very comfortable, as is the waist support. The pockets on these are too small for my phone, but useful for small items. The pack seems incredibly well made and I love the included rain cover on these packs. The best bit though ventilated mesh back works so well. I felt no overheating, no sweating (unlike other packs) and it felt very comfortable for the entire hike.I also have the smaller Hikelite 26, which I also love for shorter local walks or when just walking on my own (not carrying water/food for children etc). The ventilation system is great on both packs. But the real standout differences on these two packs (other than the obvious capacity) are:The side bottle holders are a little shallow on the 26, so some taller bottles feel like they could fall out, the 32 has much deeper pockets. The front "stuff it" pocket is very small on the 26, can just about hold a thin raincoat or a thin top. The one on the 32 is much better and can securely hold at least two pieces of clothing. In both cases these pockets are very useful in changing weather, as it is so easily accessed without opening the pack. The waist belt is much better on the 32. But not removable as it is on the 26.The top pocket is bigger and better on the 32. But the pocket on the 26 is also great, and appropriate on that size of pack. This series of packs are very well made, super comfortable, very well considered back ventilation, well designed and very lightweight. My 26 has been super durable over the years and shows very little sign of wear. It looks like the 32 will be equally durable.

So far so good
A neat well constructed small Backpack. Adjustable, comfortable and the airflow back system lessens back sweat.Usual Osprey quality. Fairly short pack so ideal for Cycling, which is what I chose it for , along with it's minimalistic design, only having the main compartment, a small inside flap pocket for keys or phone , and side bottle holder. The multi pocket ones are fine if one has a good memory. Not the lightest pack due to the rigid part in the back system. Only had it a week or so . Cannot comment on longevity but it looks and feels like it will outlive me.

Brilliant backpack.
Should have bought an Osprey backpack years ago thus saving me a lot of money buying inferior backpacks over the years. This is very well designed, has enough space to carry the required essentials for a day’s fell walk and the chest and waist straps help to distribute the weight. Large meshed side pockets were ideal for securely carrying large water bottles. All in all a brilliant backpack.

Very good apart from the side pockets
This is a quality item with lots of features but with a couple of dealbreakers for me.Firstly the side pockets are very big - too big in fact and made of very loose stretchy material so your readily accessible items (if you're like me they would be drink(s), hat and gloves etc) are swallowed up in them but not held securely. I would have concerns about them falling out on the trails or in the car. There are straps to tighten the main body but they don't really work and they flap around loosely unlike in the item photos where they've probably been neatly stuck down for appearances. Secondly the exterior pocket on the back has no zip so again your gear is unsecured and it could let the rain in though there is a rain cover stowed away at the bottom. I would have concerns about putting anything in this also.Otherwise it is very good, supremely comfortable thanks to the frame that hugs you nicely but note there are different sizes so be careful when ordering. The M/L was fine for me and I'm 185cm/95kg. The main compartment is very roomy with a useful (zipped) top pocket.Unfortunately I had to send this back for the reasons above. If I'm going to spend north of a ton on a daypack I want it to do the basics properly which this doesn't so I'll hang on to my faithful Quechua for now.

Great choice for a day pack. So light, comfortable and compact.
This was a replacement/ upgrade for an older bag, so had to be pretty perfect and it is! For just a couple of hours’ walk to a longer day, it’s big enough for extra layers, picnic, water. The stretch side pockets perfect for water bottles and it also has pole attachments. One small pocket for keys etc and one for everything else, unlike old bag which had so many, I could never find anything. I like the chest strap, which is useful if you’ve got a water bottle on one side only as it keeps the bag more level.Extremely light fabric, definitely an advance in technology, supremely comfortable and un-sweaty due to design and air back. This one looks almost beige in the photo, but in reality is pale green, which I really like.

Excellent small rucksack
excellent small packable rucksack. integral waterproof cover, large enough to take waterproof overtrousers and waterproof jacket. Plus room for a hydration system I bought separately. Used on 4 treks in Rwanda and was perfect!

Quality and Comfort
Bought for my partner whole absolutely loves this. You pay extra for Osprey, but IMHO its certainly worth it. Well designed, well made and very comfortable. With the AirSpeed ventilation mesh it keeps the pack away from your back, so it's the ONLY system that keeps your back ventilated and cool and prevents sweating. A really nice piece of kit that will last years Worth the money.

not for me
looked really well made but didn't fit my needs, wanted it to supplement a main pack on a big trip but you cant wear it on your front and its only really one main compartment that would of been annoying
