After a recent debacle with a water cooler I had ordered that leaked a whole 5-gallon container all over my floor through the night, I was a bit nervous to try again.... However, this was a great price, and I could not find a water cooler locally for the free tea corner in my shop after my last one died. So, I crossed my fingers and tried again. This came in a timely manner, and was well packed, and super easy to set up. The little storage area on the bottom is perfect for extra cups, and the water comes out super hot and perfect for making tea. The cold water is not ice cold, just cool, but I was not too concerned about that aspect. It does make a little bit of noise sometimes as the heating unit kicks in, but nothing obnoxious, or more than would be expected from a unit as such. I am so glad I took the chance on this unit! It fits all of the requirements needed, shipped quickly, and was a great bargain as well.

Unit is very lightweight which makes me wonder if it will last. So far so good. Directions do not match this model but easy to set up and run. The storage door does not stay closed until something is put inside.

Water remains room temperature at all times. Neither cold nor hot water works. The backing is little more than laminated paper and is torn away from one of the rivets and crushed in. To return the item, I have to pay the shipping to send it back. The water cooler came in a nearly 5 foot tall box. I should NOT have to pay shipping to return a defective product.

Unit is set up in my living room. We have water problems, and this provides us with clean drinking water at all times. The cold is just right. An LED even lets you know when the compressor is running to cool the water by glowing yellow, and changing to green when it has dropped to optimal drinking temperature. The hot can be left turned of until needed, therefore not driving up the light bill. Very happy with product. When the cold water compressor is running, you barely hear a small fan run, about equal to the fan in a PC.
