We were sent a totally different rug: similar, but different colours and design. No problems with the return - easy and refunded immediately. (Many thanks Homescapes for that - much appreciated). Here's why we decided not to go for an exchange. The kilim wool rug we received was definitely not a rug I would have paid £200 for had I seen it in a shop: it was thin and looked very low quality for the price. "Cheap" and cheerful, maybe - definitely not something worth that amount of money. Ok for a room where there's not going to be much traffic (like a spare bedroom) but defintely no use for a high traffic living room. (The colours and design of the rug we were sent, by the way, were horrible). The two stars are for the after-sales service, which was excellent.

Lovely rug, has added pattern and colour to my living room. My dog loves it.! Was delivered promptly.
