The power bank most of the time not charging the mobile 100%. Even power bank having the enough charge. (It's changed 75% /80% etc) My mobile is vivo Y30 with 5000 mille Amps. Any it's ok. But power bank body easily getting sctrachs compared to Amrane/ Mi/ etc. Also most of the power bank sellers providing free pouch for there power bank. If get free pouch for the power bank i am happy about that.

Hello,The Duracell company replaced it with a new one... without any much hassle... the product is good I hv already used it for more then a,year now... so it's worth it hv this brand... and the power bank stays for long... as it is 20k MH... plz go for it.... its bit big and slightly heavier.... but worth the pain... and very good post service.... Just in a ph call the did everything.... thank u team & Duracell...
