Worked on the first day. No longer itching. Have stopped now as not itchy for a week. Still got some left if I get a flair up.

We,always,use these,when going abroad due to flea and tick bites. Prefer to go with a branded name, works well.

FOR DOGS: I had used benelin (I can’t remember teg name properly but hopefully you guess which one) on my dog until I found out that the Uk version wasn’t actually safe for them. My dog seems to have an allergy to chicken and comes out with hives all over her body. Since trying this if she does actually eat something with chicken in it which could be a beef treat and only when you read the back do you find out there’s chicken in it. Anyway I’ve learned to read the packets so it’s not an issue anymore. If she had come out with hives before they would stop coming out and look better the same day after several hours. As I’ve checked it safe for dogs I’m quite happy to use this and it stops her itching the same day too. For her she only needed exactly one tablet a day and her hives were gone in 3 days so I highly recommend it for dogs. I would also recommend that you cut the tablet in half though, even more so if you don’t make a mess, I will give my dog a little cheese but in some of it will be part of the tablet squashed in and she doesn’t notice thankfully. You can also try breaking it up in small pieces in her food but she had a small piece one time that way. FOR PEOPLE, I have used it myself as I have an allergy to some metals found in what I call costume jewellery. There are some where I can wear it for a day until the rashes and itching starts or they can come in only a few hours. I’m not rich but love the look of the jewellery so I’ll still chance it but will have to take 1 tablet the day I wear them, I can wear quite a few thing that are fake and I will still get rashes and a small itch but that’s only if I wear a lot of them and maybe fall asleep in them which I’ve done many times. Without the tablet and if I done that I would end up itching so much I would cause bleeding and scabbing and then end up with scarring. Using the tablet I may get the mildest itch and a few small red lumps but are gone very quickly, without and bleeding or scarring. I suppose it depends on your own individual allergy though but that’s what it did for me. They are small enough to swallow and I didn’t notice any extra tiredness, that goes for my dog too.

These worked for my skin but I was out for 10 hours and still felt in a fog for another hour. I will have to find something else.
