Been taking it for a few months now seems to be working pretty good.

Garlic supplement I use for better health

Dropped my BP from Very High (~160/90) to Healthy (120/81) within 3 weeks! It may have been sooner but I was traveling and didn't measure my BP at that time. No supplement works for everyone, and I tried lots of supplements and RX medications for my hypertension before I finally found this one.

I did notice a slight lowering of blood pressure after taking the product for several weeks. I know there are many benefits of taking garlic supplements, so I am only speaking about my own experience with this product. I found that this had a "laxative" effect on me, which wasn't a good thing in my case. I also noticed in my research that garlic pills shouldn't be taken with certain medications, which was possibly why they were having a bad effect on my digestive system.
