The bags were bought to hold mens sweaters. I am a size M in most brands for context. I can generally fit 1-2 chunky pieces of knitwear or 3-5 lighter pieces of knitwear. I like the piping around the edges which give the bags some structure. However, the drop in rating is two-fold. Firstly, in order to keep these bags really tidy, you essentially need to ensure that they are 100% filled or else they just loose shape. Secondly, the zipper only travels around two sides. This can be a bit of a faff when taking garments out or putting them in, especially in the morning getting ready for work and you want to get out the door quickly or if you have thinner pieces which lose their fold easily. The window on the side (long) edge is nice as it does help to see, roughly speaking, the contents of the bag. I haven't had the bags long enough to comment on durability but as already mentioned in the headline, there's not much out there of similar construction and material. Most garment storage bags seem to be polyester, which I personally do not like. If you're ok with polyester, there is much more choice.
