GM Genuine Parts 19169016 High Mount Stop Lamp

Quality piece, just like the original it replaced. Easily installed with just a Phillips screwdriver. Remove the two screws, you may have to use your fist and bump the old light a bit to free it up. It lifts right out and then remove the two cargo bulbs by twisting the socket to release. The brake light bulbs inside the light are in a plastic tray that snaps into the light. Just release the four prong clips on the tray and the tray comes right out. Snap the tray into the new light, reinstall the the twist lock cargo lights, place the new light where it goes and reinsert the two Phillips screws. This light comes with the foam gasket already installed and it fit and sealed perfectly.

Worked and fits perfect. Original OEM Part for my 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 Quality piece, just like the original it replaced. Old lamp had been baked and ghosted by the sun for many years and had to replace it with an original OEM Part for visual and safety reasons as well. Once you remove the original High Mount Stop Lamp, remove the harness, use the old brake or cargo lamp bulbs or easily reInstall ones if you have them. This light comes with the foam gasket already installed and it fit and it sealed perfectly.

Exact match for my 2000 GMC Sierra and my factory light bulb and wiring holder (or what ever it's called) clipped right into it so I didn't have to worry about sketchy Chinese copies. It comes with a new seal already attached though no wiring or bulbs but it was so easy to reuse the factory one that it didn't matter and it works guaranteed unlike the Chinese copies.

bought this for my 2001 Silverado and went on like it should came with gasket and seemed to have sealed pretty good been on about 5 months and have not noticed any leaks and looks great looks a lot better with new tail light and brake light all runs together the little things make diffent recommend to put new bulbs so never have to take it off again

Waste of time. It's not a factory AC Delco as described. A cheap after market part was delivered.

My original part was made in the USA. This one was not. Looks good and fit well but I do not expect 18 years of service from this part. Very over priced.
