to bottom , it’s now in the bin seller was going to replace but heard nothing further? 🤨
Delivery arrived intact however the actual wax burner appears to be a very bad second , are you able to replace please? I have photos to prove how poor this is. Very disappointed as wanted to have on display, not good enough the finish is horrendous!

Really disapointed in something that should have been so lovely!
I bought this wax burner for my new home thinking it would be a lovely touch from the photos online. It's anything but, nicks and paint sploches all over. Plus the heart cut out is more like half a heart. I understand its difficult if something in made from clay but there should be more product quality assurance.
