This is a fantastic headset. Battery life is top notch. Sound is very very good with a perfect level of bass. Bass hits the right amount for me. No distortion or dropping connectivity. The lights are really cool but I usually leave them off due to draining the battery more. There are no custom presets for console, they are only programmable for PC. On Xbox though I have the options of Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic and DTS since I bought the license so I am able to find the best option depending on the game I am playing. I was using the Audeze Penrose Before these and although their sound is unique the JBL blow them out of the water and don't have any popping or connection issues. These aren't the most comfortable headphones I've used but have no issues wearing these for 5-6 hour sessions and I am pretty sensitive to having stuff on my head. Overall very happy with these and would definitely buy again.UPDATE: I still use these all the time for gaming and I absolutely love them. Amazing for Warzone, I hear things my buddies don't all the time while playing. I will definitely buy again or whatever upgraded version JBL releases. Still working great and they have gotten more comfortable with some wear.

As a Mother who is not using this product, I can't honestly speak on how well these JBL headphones perform, but I can speak on the excitement of my almost 16 yr old son! Prior, he used the STEEL SERIES. I can't remember the exact model but I know they were GREAT quality and lasted for about 6-7 yrs. They became a sad excuse to call headphones, with the rigorous gaming my son does. I wish it was less but as long as his grades are okay.. hey?!Anyway, his 1st remark about these were WOW.. they are so comfortable..and the sound is incredible. He said it might just be better than my Steel Series. I do want to say after a little bit more use he said the headset can start to feel heavy and start to hurt his ears. I don't know if he can adjust them or not.Either way, I think there are too many things to like about this headset, in addition to the incredible price point offered around the holidays. I mean we are not professional gamers over here, lol, so I think these are more than enough to get the job done.

4.5/5. This is a solid headset. In fact, it's the best headset I've owned. I refuse to get wired headsets because I made the switch to wireless years ago and it's tough to go back. If you're like me in that sense, this is a great choice. The padding is good quality and comfortable. The sound and bass is great for a gaming headset. The battery life is pretty good. Connects as soon as you turn it on. I've used headsets from several brands, and the only brand that comes close is Astros. Really my only complaint is the price, but we all know how messed up the headset market is.

Got it as a gift for my boyfriend. He says they work so well and are the best headphone set he’s ever had. The mic is awesome, never echo-y or hear anything in the background. Super easy to use and the battery lasts a long time. Highly recommend! Well worth the money.

Sound quality and battery life where good. I use these for work, It kept randomly muting people and I actually got in trouble because I thought I was talking and when they listen to my calls there was nothing for the first few seconds. I'm a supervisor and as you can imagine this does not end well. I tried to reach out to their customer support before returning the product, but couldn't get through and no one ever called me back. I got a message back from them on Amazon during the return telling you to reach out to the customer support which didn't work in the first place. Very unhappy with product

Our son has had these since April and they are working perfect for him. He uses them daily for gaming and computer work. Wireless feature works great and the battery life lasts long on them.

I like being able to lift my mic to mute the colors changing is pretty cool loud headphones and you cam change both sounds at the same time no cords needed fits good and is comfortable really easy to use
