I love this mount! It secures well to the vent and also holds my phone safely even on bumpy dirt roads. It has held up for over a year with no problems. I purchased a second one to use in rental cars. Very easy to attach and remove, so you can move it from car to car. I use this with my iPhone 13 and 16 with MagSafe cases.

At first when I ordered this vent mount I was a little concerned that the method of attaching to a vent would cause some problems and the vent to sag and close under the weight of the phone. I thought it was worth the risk and took a gamble - it really paid off!The mount attached to the vent with ease, and actually holds the vent open. You cannot adjust the angle further once installed, but that's not a huge concern for myself.The magnets are very strong, and the phone attaches with a satisfying snap. The mount performs extremely well, and there is zero wiggle or feeling that the phone may fall off.The mount can be angled in a variety of ways, and because it protrudes out from the vent, does not block any of the dashboard or screens of the vehicle. It looks great with the phone attached.Highly recommend it :)

I recently purchased an iPhone 16 Pro. I had been using an iPhone 12 Pro Max, but I am planning on some traveling and wanted to upgrade my phone camera. I could have traded in my 12, but I wouldn't have received much for it though still functioning great. My plan was to get another phone mount for my car and use the 12 as a GPS and, since it no longer was on a phone plan, I would use the hotspot on my 16 and the 12 could pull data and use that to use with Apple Maps or any other software. I didn't want to get anything too expensive. While searching on Amazon, I found the PGU Magsafe Car Mount for just under $7 and looked easy enough to install, so I ordered it yesterday and it arrived today. As can be seen in the photos I have uploaded, the package contains everything you need to install the mount on an air vent. The box contains the mount, air vent clip, an accessory package to use with phones that do not have built-in magsafe hardware, including instructions on how to put the mount together and use the accessories to make the mount compatible with your phone. Having the 12, I did not need to make use of the extras. After assembling the mount, which took just a few seconds to do, I took it to my car, along with my iPhone 12, and picked my driver side vent. The mount twists to extend the clip to reach back to latch onto one of the vent flaps. Once snagged, just twist the ring in the opposite direction until it tightens up. Easy enough! I brought the 12 up to the mount and it immediately stuck to it. I then took my car on a short drive and the phone stayed put. The only potential downside to any of these types of mounts is that the vent you use will be partially blocked. I am very happy with this mount. Two thumbs up!Pros:- Very inexpensive.- Easy to put together.- Easy connection to car vent.- Holds phone, even one as big as the iPhone 12 Pro Max, nice and tight.- Includes accessories for other phones or non-Magsafe cases.Cons:- These kind of mounts do restrict or partially block the airflow of the vent they are attached to, but most cars have multiple vents in the front so that shouldn't affect most drivers.

Worked great for my jeep grand Cherokee, honestly it sticks out a little too much but overall it is great! It feels strong and durable and hold my phone really well!

These are fantastic! A great purchase, very sturdy, magnetic is strong even going over bumps, look attractive and a good value. Very easy to install, maybe 3 minutes. Definitely would recommend and will buying another set for the other vehicle.

My life was a lie. I've had the same rectangle magnet mounted to my dash for years. My phone would always slip off the mount. I had a choice - add a metal plate to increase the magnetic strength, but I'll lose wireless chargers. I suffered and didn't add the extra plate. I thought this was the way after buying a few magsafe cases that just didn't hold. Then before I was about to buy my 4th magsafe case I decided to try another mount. I couldn't hurt spending $6 instead of another $15 for a new case. Then this point came in, and welp, the damn thing held! Not just held, but I even had trouble taking it off the magnet was that strong. I can't implore too much, buy this.
