Product arrived packaged well and on time. After reading multiple reviews stating a cable puller would be needed, we were a little apprehensive about trying to install this with the broom method described in the directions. However we were pleasantly surprised at how easy this was to install. The broom method worked great for us (but we use garden rakes instead). We (2 adults) had the zip line up and were testing within an hour. We’ve tweaked it several times to get it just right, and now our kids don’t want to get off of it! One thing we learned while tweaking is that we actually wanted more sag in the line. When we initially installed, we tried to make the cable as taut as we could. We found that actually made our line too fast and the kids hit the spring hard at the end. We solved for this by adding more slack into the line with the turnbuckle. This sag causes the rider to begin slowing near the middle of the ride and helps provide a gentler finish. Overall we are very happy with the purchase! It seems sturdy and should last (time will tell as we’ve only had this about a week).

My kids love this zipline. I was able to install in a few hours and happy with the quality of the materials. The guide helps understand the correct angle to measure for sloping ground and is easy to follow. The seat didn't arrive with my kit, however their customer service quickly sent me a new one. The kids enjoy the light show and riding it at night.

My grandkids love it ... I ordered 2. When they were opened on Christmas day, the lights on one didn't work. I immediately went on Amazon to start the return process. It was a bit of a pain because since I ordered 2, they were sending replacements and I was to return 2. As it worked out, in the 2nd box they sent, only one came with working lights ... so I returned the that didn't habe working lights. Otherwise, it's a great product.

Great product. Installation instructions are lacking but I was able to find a utube installation video and got it up in about an hour. Kids love it and have had ages 5-10 playing on it for hours!

So the set up is a bit tricky (especially when done in the dark and cold drizzle 2 days before Christmas), but it was worth the effort! The kids love riding it. Their mom loves riding it. Even their grandmother loves riding it. We recommend hiring a "tree expert" to put it up...we did and it was worth every penny. It really is a great product!

Easy to install and the kids love it. The break works well. I would not use this for older or bigger kids. It is a little undersized but for younger or smaller kids it’s great

Just installed this and it took two hours to install and do the tests. So far so good. Kids love the 100’ zip. It is really fast, But there are instruction on how to slow it down - for me, I will be adding more slack to the line to slow it down.

Great once you're able to get it put up. The instructions are desperately lacking. Not only in how to get the actual line tight but also on how to us the safety loop. Our parts didn't match the pictures provided or described in the instructions. It took three adults, a few hours, and YouTube to get this thing set up. One of the u-bolts broke as it was being tightened. I realize this isn't Slackers fault because they didn't actually make the bolt itself but I was a little worrisome when you're setting something like this up. Everything else seemed to be sturdy. We got the 100ft light-up set for my daughter's birthday, and she loves it.
