Dirty.
Came very dirty on the inside and outside of the plastic case. All items were inside and covered in some black spots and smudges and outside of the case was covered in who knows what but it was smudged all over it. I'll have to clean the entire package and all items before I can give this as the gift I had purchased it for. Items themselves are small but when clean will still be a nice little gift.

Product arrived with all of the lotions outside of the gift bag just floating in the box, the scents were ginger and turmeric instead of grapefruit. Would have been so embarrassed if this arrived as a gift to someone else.
