I love chocolate. So don't get me wrong. I also like RiteBite's Max protein bars. They taste really good. But don't expect to lose a lot of weight eating these treats. The carbs are almost the same as a Cadbury's Dairy Milk. To know that this is true, let's compare: Weight Calories Carbs Fat SatFat Fiber Protein Max Whey Protein 50g 179g 27.5g 6.8g 1.2g 6.0g 10.0g X 2 = 100g 358g 55.0g 13.6g 2.4g 12.0g 20.0g Cadbury Dairy milk 100g 534g 60.4g 28.9g 17.5g 2.1g 8.1g CONCLUSION? You see the macros. You choose! Just don't feel guilty if you decide to eat a Cadbury's chocolate bar. It's not the calories that make you fat. it's the carbs. And the carbs are almost the same for both (per 100 g). Main difference? Max Protein has 2.5 times the amount of protein. Not bad.
