Gummi bear style daily dose in two flavours - orange and mixed berry both of which are tasty and perfectly tolerable. The only small criticism i have is that they are not sugar free but i suppose they are small sweets which you only take one of at a time, so not a problem really. A little expensive at £6 for a 30 dose pack lasting 1 month although i only use these occasionally so will last much longer. Good product would buy again if on offer at better value.

I've been taking Centrum vitamins since I was a kid, so these child-friendly gummies seem a natural choice now that I have children of my own. So I felt these vitamins might help support their vitamin and mineral nutrition between their healthy-eating days. The vitamins themselves are chewy and tasty, and there are two flavours in the jar (orange and "berry") tasting like a chewy sweet they might snack on. Recommended dose is two gummies daily (and if you also take other vitamins, you should check that you're not doubling up). The jar is child-proof (and requires a push down and twist motion to open). For those that are concerned, these are not vegan or vegetarian, and contain bovine gelatine. My kids like it, and look forward to their vitamins in the morning. And hopefully it's also doing it's bit to support their vitamin needs when they don't quite eat the balanced diet.

I cannot say anything about the results because I have not done any blood tests either before or after, but I can say that they take the gummies without any difficulty, they say "it is good". The packaging is nice and immediately attracts the children, the jar inside contains 30 gummies necessary for one month's supply (in our case). Efficace. Goût apprécié par mes enfants contrairement à d'autres marques. Je recommande pour ceux qui ont du mal à prendre des cachets car ils se mâchent facilement.
