I got a huge blister on my foot from wearing the wrong shoes. As anyone who has had one knows, it makes walking incredibly painful. These really helped to cushion, protect and I think even heal the blister. (not sure about the healing because I don't actually know how long it was supposed to take). But, it helped a lot during that process to keep it protected and allow me to walk around w/very little discomfort.

I cannot live without these. Can't exain why the back of shoes seem to want to eat the back of my foot, but this protects me fully and lasts all day. I never have to say no to a pair of shoes because of the back. A life saver!

Perfect for docs.

I used these on a 22-mile hike to relieve some discomfort, and while they did help the area feel better initially, they didn’t stay on as long as I’d hoped. They started coming off partway through. Not a bad product, just not quite durable enough for extended use. Might work better for shorter activities.

I purchased these because my heals kept creating blisters on the back on my heel where I could hardly walk. I bought these and it protected the blister that I already had so I could continue to wear my heals comfortably and after it healed I used these to prevent future blisters. These are amazing and if you have issues with shoes creating blisters you need these! They are also clear so no matter what your skin tone people cant tell you have these on!
