Leaky Bottle
I'm happy with the products but they didn't arrive in a very good condition.The lid on the beard balm was loose and had leaked out all over the inside on the tin.The tin also had a dint in the side.

Open the bottle of oil and apply a few drops on your beard, gently massage the oil into the beard to distribute it evenly, apply beard shampoo to damp beard, massage gently, rinse thoroughly, dry the beard, apply the softening conditioner, etc.
