I love this tap. Did have a faulty nozzle with the first order but a replacement was sent without any quibbles and the new one works well. Looks very classy and the extendable hose is very practical as is the 2-spray nozzle. Looks great.

This is a really good quality product which I was unable to find for a better price online even though it came with a hefty postage charge. It arrived well packaged and in tip top condition. The spray function works really well and the steel remains glossy without showing signs of wear. Would recommend.

Great product and a nice finish. The only downside to this product the item arrived with no adapters for the 2 flexi hoses so I’m not able to use the tap at present. Within the description it mentions 1/2 adapters would be provided, unfortunately they weren’t provided.

I was thinking about purchasing a similar style kitchen tap from IKEA, but then found this Franke one on Amazon which was about the same price, so decided to get it instead, since Franke is a bigger name in kitchen and bathroom fittings so I thought the quality might be better. I have to say that I wasn't disappointed. The tap looks great and feels very solid. Installing it was very easy (I did it by myself, although I had to figure a way to support the tap upright while I was screwing the nut the holds it from the other side. I was lucky that my kitchen sink pipes had the right size male fittings so I didn't need any adapters. The tap works well, water pressure seems higher than before because even when not on spray, the nozzle mixes in air. My only complain would be the fact that there is a line of black plastic showing where the nozzle screws onto the end of the hose. I wish Franke had found a way to make it screw in tighter so the chrome parts would be next to each other with no gap in between. The black ruins the look a bit, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. As another reviewer noted, the hose is fixed into the body, so you won't be able to pull any more of it out, but it has a lot of flexibility because of the spring, so you can pull it down closer to the sink and to reach all the corners of the sink.

Poor quality. It has been broken in 4 months even though barely using it..

lovely tap but not as expected.. it is flexible and Not a pullout by any means.. had to send it back with a £16 cost to me, very unfair as mis sold in my opinion

Looks good, decent price but pretty big and not the easiest to install. Feels solid but some of the fixtures are coming loose over a very short period of time. Also concerns over the less than satisfactory level of Franke customer service

Love this tap. Very good quality and feels sturdy and strong. Being able to move the nozzle is great, makes washing big pans so much easier. Only niggle I have personally is when I fill a pint of squash with water, it bubbles up and I have to wait for it to settle before topping up the glass!

Ich habe die Armatur erworben, weil es ein deutsches Marken-Produkt ist, das immerhin die Hälfte eines anderen namhaften Herstellers kostet. Mit der Qualität bin ich auch voll und ganz zufrieden und würde das Produkt jederzeit wieder kaufen!
