I did see a lot of negative comments on this device - broken parts, missing parts.. however I decided to go with the purchase anyway as regular steaming at a saloon would be way too expensive. I even went a step further as I'm not from the US, so I had to buy an electricity converter device to adapt to US standards for voltage etc...First of all, the package arrived in impeccable shape - I'm delighted to share that the 60$ shipping was worth it- obviously the package has been transported in a careful manner. All of the small details were there - even a bag of tiny cloths for essential oils. The instruction to assemble is quite clear and simple. So .. with a lot of unrealistic fear, I powered on the current converter, plugged the hair steamer in, and was genuinely relieved it didn't all blow up.. The steamer works great! It quickly starts to boil, and soon after steam starts showing. Indeed, you need to figure out how to sit under the device and play with random furniture for a while. I returned a lot of shine to my hair after just one use and I have to say I'm surprised these types of devices aren't way more popular. 100% recommend! It also shipped really fast, considering I ordered it right before the Christmas holidays.

I love this, great steam for my hair, face or anything else needed. Easy to use, but be careful, it gets hot. Would buy it again.

Works as described. I deep conditioned my hair while sitting under the dryer. It’s excellent!

I love that I’m able to steam my hair at home but it is quite small and can be u comfortable is you don’t get the placement right. I had to stack it on top of some books in order for it to work directly above my head. Other than that, I believe it’s a great product with good quality.

This is my first personal hair steamer purchase and I am very pleased. I’ve had it for about 6 months and it works just as good as the professional one they use at my hair salon. The steam continuously produces from the boiling water, which gets very hot inside the reservoir. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Works great when it works. Purchased in Aug 2024 and used a few times. Never even disassembled after use becuase there is no way to really dry the system but here we are in Jan 2025 and it looks to have a short in the system. After several different outlets it doesn't come on consistently. I'll get a few seconds and then it turns off. As I'm writing this review the power green light is coming off and on. Smh.. How do you fix an electrical malfunction?

This works excellently! Steams and conditions the hair. The only problem is that there is no way to dry the tank. I took a photo of the tank 24 hours after use and the water droplets are still inside. I held it upside down and shook it to get the water to come out. I left it drying upside down and it is still wet inside. I cannot put a paper towel to dry the inside because one hole is too small and the other has brackets. This steamer design needs to be optimized.
