i just switched my kindle case from one that had a flap to this since my husband got me a kindle stand for next to the couch. I kept having to take off the other case so i wanted one without the front piece so it fits in the stand holder. This is great! that corners have a extra bumper bits so it protects if i drop it. I like that it's crystal clear in case i want to add stickers or anything to spruce up my boring black kindle.

A lot of people have been using these clear cases because they provide protection while still allowing you to show off your bookish stickers, decals, or other art. I live in Texas and am out in the sun reading in the evenings so I will come back here the end of summer and let you know if there is any issue with the cover turning dry or yellow.
