Not the best
I brought these balloons for my sons birthday when taking them to be blown up the balloons shaped like chase doesn’t float and the other balloon keeps going flat

Paw Patrol disaster
These balloons were disappointing to say the least . 2 of the characters burst . They are helium filled and one (the dog) burst during the filling process, the other burst approx 10 mins after it was filled. One of the stars wouldn’t float with the helium in it. We now have a very disappointed 3 year old. Poor quality product

Chase balloon popped
All good except for Chase balloon which popped and ripped whilst inflating.
