We absolutely love our Britax Willow Brook Travel System in the Onyx Glacier color! From the moment we took it out of the box, it was clear that this is a high-quality, thoughtfully designed product. The car seat is incredibly secure thanks to the ClickTight installation—it gave us peace of mind knowing it was installed correctly from day one. The RightSize system makes adjusting for our baby’s fit super easy, and the fabric is soft, durable, and machine washable (a huge plus for busy parents!). The stroller is lightweight, easy to control, and folds up effortlessly. I especially appreciate the all-wheel suspension and no-flat tires—strolls are smooth even on uneven sidewalks. I also love how the seat easily switches between parent-facing and forward-facing, giving us flexibility as our baby grows. The UPF 50+ canopy is perfect for sunny or rainy days, and the rebound-reducing carry handle adds an extra level of safety and convenience. Whether we’re using it with or without the base, everything feels secure and well-built. Overall, it’s a fantastic all-in-one travel system—safe, stylish, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommend for any new parent!

This system made life with a new baby a breeze. The car seat is very adjustable and it attaches to the stroller, making it a breeze to take baby in and out of anywhere you go.

Lightweight easy to handle. Good durability. Good comfort with a nice plush cushion. Good design, good safety, and good foldability. Nice wheels and easy to put together out of the box. Nice storage on the bottom that others don't have. Also has a baby bassinet that attaches to the stroller as well. Multiple funtions. But expect someone to carry the box for you, because it's over 50 pounds when it gets shipped. Definitely way cheaper than the Doona. And also better product all the way around. Better product than Evenflo and better product than the Grayco. Wish we would have chosen this brand first. This model is better than older models of Britax.

Lightweight, sturdy, easy to put together and switch between car seat and other seat. It’s really easy to fold and maneuver. The only thing I didn’t like was that the canopy on the baby car seat moves back. Its hard to keep the sun out of baby’s face when it moves back as I walk. Even draping a thin light blanket on top it would move back and then the blanket falls on baby. Bottom basket is a bit hard to get to when the baby car seat is in also.

I’m regretting the day I bought this set. I’ve had the stroller and car seat for five months now. Unfortunately, there’s nothing good about it. The car seat latch system is the worst. It gets stuck all the time when I’m trying to unlatch it. The whole car seat angle is also really odd, and my daughter is super uncomfortable while in it. The stroller is also huge, especially considering the many options available today. And when I put it in the trunk, it constantly makes noise because of some loose parts.

Absolutely love this combo. The stroller is so easy to use and fold up. I love that it can be used with the car seat or regular stroller option. Great quality and good value for the money! It’s also very appealing to the eye.

Fabulous quality stroller. Strolls effortlessly, decent easy to fold and unfold. Only complaint would be the under storage could be bigger but size worked for me

Great travel system!! I love the click tight feature that the car seat base has!! Has worked great for us from Newborn until almost a year old!! The stroller is super easy to open and close. Love the detachable seat option and the fact that it can face either way!! Super Hugh quality for the price!! We ordered another one for my husbands truck after we started using this one because we didn’t have any negative things causing us to go with another brand!
