Happy to get these odd packages of "sawdust" to use with the Cameron stove-top smoker. Nice to have choices, my husband prefers hickory. But since I can't find them anywhere else, will reorder when necessary.

Caution. Only ordering pints. I saw the buckets and thought they were bigger.

Though we go through a lot of Hickory, the Apple and Alder are sometimes mixed in with them. I've been using this smoker and these chips for about 3 years now. Always a treat.
