Large baloon with an elastic band at the end. You blow the balloon up (pretty large I must add), tie it, and then use the elastic band to bounce the balloon forward, backwards and all around. I bought these for my nephew for his school birthday bag. All of the kids appeared to love these balloons. It kept my nephew and nieces busy for hours and it's funny watching them bounce the balloons. They were easy to inflate, and the air didn't leak fast like I expected, I haven't had one pop probably due to the good quality/how thick they are. Great value for the fun!! Great durable product. They are everything they said they were, and we got much fulfillment out of them plus we have extra left over for another time!. They are thick and durable and easy to use. We only had one of them pop during the entire Birthday party, and I think it was probably intentional anyway. Great product. Fun for parties and birthday party . Overall, these balloons are pretty decent quality and held up well for the most part. However, my three-year-old son was playing with one when the rubber band snapped and hurt him. This only happened with one out of the five balloons we tried, but it’s something to be aware of, especially with young kids.

These balloons taste bad. Like a film on them like a powdered latex glove. They also smell like spray foam in construction which I’m familiar with that smell which is a different smell other than latex. Due to the taste and smell I won’t be buying them again. As you blow the balloon up the smell intensifies. The 2nd pack we also purchased we didn’t end up opening or using. I wouldn’t really gift it due to the toxic smell. It does say made in China on the vacuum sealed bag and yeah a lot of things are made there. But yeah why would you want to blow up a bunch of smelly balloons, and if you do then use an air hose not your mouth otherwise your lips will taste like chemicals for hours.

Balloons are thick and work well. The kids enjoyed them for party time.
