I'm a big girl, always have been and summer is a nightmare. I have to wear cycling shorts to stop my thighs rubbing which makes the heat unbearable.I bought this for Pride this year. We walked around London in 27oC heat for 7 hours, no shorts and no pain at all, no redness. I didn't even reapply. Just put it on in the morning and got on with it.As a side note for those with sensory issues this, for me, feels like stick deodorant, like almost dry soap. It goes on feeling like a thin cream but absorbes without a film feeling over the skin. It doesn't evaporate. I didn't find it left a sticky or too dry feeling. It does have a faint smell but not a strong overpowering perfume smell.
