I love it!
I love Indian food - and this paste is wonderful. It lasts for about 3 meals for us - and all I have to do is add tomatoes, coconut milk and some tofu or cauliflower.I love it!

Amazing flavor
I’m getting 2 meals per jar. I use yogurt or coconut milk not tomato as the suggest

Love the flavor
Ease to use, love the flavor. We use with either homemade coconut cream or cream from soaked cashews (blend in a Vitamix with water to creamy thickness) . And add it with chickpeas instead of chicken. Good quality.

Ok taste.
Tastes ok but not great. Tom yum is very good but this isn’t.

Fresh and Delicious!
We used this the very day we received it. The paste was delicious and fresh tasting. The heat level was a littler stronger then I like, but is exactly what vindaloo is supposed to be. We will be buying again! Can't wait to try the Marsala Butter paste!

Looks good..buuuut...
Why does the label say this product may contain lead?!? I ordered it, got it, looked at the back and was a bit shocked to see this on a food!Maybe all other products SHOULD have that on the label and this company is the only honest one...but it was not worth rolling the dice. Also note it says it contains at least 95% organic ingredients. Is this the USDA standard now? Like a consolation prize for trying! We live in strange times.

Use WIthin 30 Days
This item needs to be refrigerated after opening and says it's best used with 30 days...so plan on making a lot. I don't make Tikka Masla everyday, but maybe once a month. This meant that I had to make a lot of it and use the entire jar at once because it wouldn't last for long enough. There is a recipe on the back that tells you to use 2 heaping teaspoons of it for a 2 serving recipe. So basically if you want to use it all at once, you are making this recipe 5 times (10 servings). I cooked and froze the leftovers, hoping that it tastes great in a month. The meal we ate immediately had a great flavor. You can always adjust the amount of tomato, veggies, chicken, and cream that you use to change up the heat level and flavor. For us it was great as-is, but I might add more veggies to our frozen leftovers, because there is a lot of sauce and it can be spread out a little more and still taste great!
