I've tried several varieties of Maca powder, and I have to say this, by far, takes the worst position on the list. Flavour is barely present, it tastes like an extremely diluted version of maca (maybe a fraction of actual product mixed with some other form of powder substance with food colouring)The amount of gritty residue left at the bottom is awful. And as for gelatinized, if you've went that route to avoid the unpleasant upset stomach....forget it with this brand. I was in so much discomfort for a good 2 hours after consuming.I don't know what this is, but I assure you it is extremely poor grade "maca root."Save your money, look elsewhere.
