Scotch-Brite Dual Purpose Scouring Pad 96HEX

I’m an avid cook and have practically every utensil you can imagine, so it’s rare for me to be excited about a product, one for cleaning no less. These pads, together with lighter duty sponges are a godsend for dealing with dirty pots and pans. Haven’t found a stain or smudge that the nubby side couldn’t remove.

Having worked in kitchens as a teenager and young adult I can tell you there are a lot of cleaning/scrubbing products out there. There is none, however, that I have used that is better than this. I had a pot that had some REALLY crusted on sh*t, this thing blasted through that sucker. The secret is in the the little green nubbies on one of the sides...dig into that pile of crap that's been pissing you off for the past 2 years! Then finish with the solid green side for a smooth polish!

It says $0.77/count meaning it should be a 15 pack, so why did I only receive 1 pad? The product itself is great, but not worth $11.49 for 1.

My sis-n-law got me hooked on these and her son got her hooked on them! I like to cut them up for smaller scrubbies. When the green side is shot, the polka dotted side keeps going. I don't have any pans that are lined with teflon and I don't recommend them for any non-stick pots or pans. Otherwise, this is the oomph needed with that elbow grease to get tough burned stufff off of your cookware.

I'd give it 5 stars for it's ability to scrape burnt cheese sauce completely away while rinsing clean, but, it also scratches the pot, pan, skillet, whatever. Be careful what you use it on, and know that it will work.

These Scotch cleaning pads have been the best purchase I have made yet on Amazon. I don't have a dishwasher and use these pads to wash my dishes daily. They don't scratch the dishes like you would think! In addition - they are a great price! When one of them gets old, we then use it for dirty work outside, etc .... I don't think I could live without them!

I much prefer the scotch brand from the store i.e. target Walmart wherever you buy them. These are larger, but did not seem to work as well.
