Q: Is there a way to just get the jar and the stars? And extra stars? I already have a chart and I love these tokens and the jar idea.

Hi Alex, thanks so much for reaching out to us! Our Star Jar currently doesn't include a chart, so that's great that you already have one. Our reward system includes 13 stars, a star storage bag, a strong magnet for refrigerator display, a wooden stand, reward ideas, and vinyl letters for name customization. We are happy to send out extra stars to you! After purchase, please feel free to contact us and let us know where we can mail those extra stars to and we will send them out right away. Q: One of the silver screws is missing from my daughters jar, can you send a replacement?

Yes. They have excellent customer service. Contact them and I’m positive that the missing screw will be sent to you ASAP.

Q: How do I connect the pieces of the wooden stand? The notches are both on top so I can’t slide them together.

Q: Can the vinyl letters be removed if/when i want to use for another chore or reward. Ex: potty training now, kindness or chore jar later?

Hi! Yes, the letters can be removed easily. If any residue remains after you remove your letters, simply use a little Goo Gone on a cloth and wipe over the area where the letters were. Then repeat with a little glass cleaner on a rag and wipe it. The acrylic face will be ready to apply new words. If you ever need additional letters, please let Hello Little Honey know. We are happy to send you a new letter sheet for your Star Jar!
