Shy away from purchasing expensive clothes lines As I’ve been bitten in the past- but this is a phenomenal by the ease of up and down for me is paramount as I have a joint condition and it’s so easy for me to use I can lower it as low as I like there’s loads of space and the lines come nice and tight great keeps it clean. It looks nice and it’s absolutely proper solid in the ground- my husband put the stake in and it’s solid works perfect. It’s so easy to open and close the little Pegg bag was an added bonus!

Fantastic product. Sturdy and large. Was fortunate to get this at a good price. Holds laundry like curtains and blankets extremely well. Difficult to put massive spike into ground but that's not the products issue. Once in - extremely solid. Definitely recommend.

A good dryer, strong, large for regular family washing. The description - "lift o matic", "advanced" set expectations and made me imagine it would be almost effortless raise/lower but in actual fact still requires strength and dexterity to do it - largely due to the size and weight. I'm quite tall so i have to sort of crawl under it, it's not easy. It's not difficult or impossible by any means but bear this in mind. It looks as though it will last many years so as usual, time will tell.

Bought this as a gift for my elderly mother and she was delighted with it (says it will probably outlast her, but she's always been a squeaking gate).Well made, easy to use (even for the infirm), and with fully adjustable height (suitable for the more smurf-like), so definitely recommended.Yes the price tag is a little hefty, but this does feel like a good quality item (it doesn't feel flimsy or look iffy).

Strong and lightweight and I like the actual lines that are just between the arms not strung from arm to arm and get tangled, it is easily removed from the ground spike to be stored in the garage, with the cover on to keep it clean, it will hold 3 machine loads of washing and I love it.

Although it's on the pricy side of washing lines it's definitely worth it!Brilliant for a family of 4 with lots of washing.Huge 4 arms and lines in between are spaced out nicely so you can get plenty of washing on without it all being bunched up!Definitely recommend! Plus it comes with a good quality cover!

A great product which was bought for a family member. We've had our brababtia washing line for nearly ten years. Really well built and reliable. If you look after it it will last for years. It is well worth buying a cover for it. A really pleasing look with great aesthetics. Easy to operate and to fold down and then store. Uses very little space- simple but ingenious. The cover ensures that it stays waterproof but easily stored in a garden shed for example. Dries clothes really well and catches the wind easily. One of the best products for the home or gift for people setting up a home. You will need to look at online videos to ensure that the ground spike is set correctly.

This is a simple and effective design. The materials are sturdy and or good quality.

We got the first one we ordered, and fulfilled by Amazon, in a tattered box and missing 2 of the 3 accessories that were part of the package. Plus, I think there was something wrong with the lifting mechanism itself. We decided to request a replacement and the second one came complete and perfectly packaged. I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it’s awesome. Easy to raise, tons of drying space and when you’re done you close it up, put on the nice cover, lift it out of the holder, and put it in the garage. I can’t be happier and highly recommend this item.

Super happy with my “Solar and wind powered clothes dryer!” I gave it 4🌟on easy to set up only because it can be a pain I the butt to get the stake into hard ground like mine. Dry and rocky but the post is secure now without concrete and has held up well to several heavy loads of towels and sheets. I’m sure it will pay for itself soon! Super easy to put up and take down. I like that the arms have little guides in them for the long lines. Don’t settle for NOT having that as that was my old one and it caught the lines and wore on them as well as making the open/close much harder. Came with an attached wrap for securing the lines when closed before you put the provided cover on it. (Yes! You get a nice zippered cover!!!! ) I hang my red ground cap on the secure strap when it is open so I don’t loose it! It is notch on the red cap and it fits perfectly. Good design detail. Anyhow. Just buy it if you are thinking about it. I’m a short 5’3 and it is no problem to reach lines if that is a concern to short gals like me.Update on 9/25/22Been using this all month and LOVE it! I wish I had purchased sooner in the summer as fall is now here and Michigan winter is around the corner.I thought I should say that I take this in and out of my garage so it is not left up on a continual basis and it has held up to that. Even the cover! I’m sure at some point I will have to replace the cover which keeps the lines clean and from catching on anything as I take it in and out. Also makes mowing less of a hassle to not have to maneuver around a permanent post in the yard.Bottom line! If you love the smell and feel of line dried clothes towels and sheets, just buy it. If not, you can soften them up in the dryer a bit and still save money on electricity. I consider that I pay myself to do the work instead of paying the electric company!!!
