It’s not about hair colour, it’s 100% about skin colour and undertones make a difference too. I use the light, but would consider myself ‘olive’ in complexion... I have a large brown birthmarkon my leg above the knee i have fair skins

For many years I have used Keromask on a purple birthmark on my face and haven’t found anything better. It was demonstrated to me by the camouflage make up team at my local hospital. There are many shades available and you can blend them to get an exact colour match but you must use the fixing powder too. I was told to use a little damp cotton wool to blot it and it would help to waterproof it. Please note that in hot weather the cream gets a bit runny so I make sure that it’s kept cool
