This is my 5th shirt in 3 years that I have purchased from them and the consistency and quality remains excellent. Yes, this is a compression shirt and it provides a lot of compression. Coming out of the package, it always looks ridiculously small but it certainly stretches and forms nicely to the body, providing the best amount of compression of any shirt on Amazon. It does exactly what I wanted, hold in the gut of my 240 lb frame. Length is adequate but enough to stay tucked in on my 6'1" frame. The "scoop" neck is a game changer. When wearing polo's or short sleeve shirts, the collar is hidden from sight unlike traditional crew neck shirts. If you have owned a compression shirt before, you know what a big deal this is. The durability of the shirt is excellent and holds up to many repeated washings. All around A++

The product quality is good. I opened it & thought, "I'm never going to squeeze into that." But I did. In my case, I was trying to minimize a beer-belly that is 100% visceral fat (fat under the abdominal muscles) and it didn't help me. If you are dealing with belly fat that sets on top of your abdominal muscles, I believe this would work well.

Fits well. Cleans up well. Material is comfortable and works well. And is reasonably priced. And is holding up well.

Great compression shirt for slimming and support. Feels like more durable fabric but it’s more comfortable than the tank top versions I’ve gotten on Amazon. They expand. Amazon recommended a large for me. I bought one large that that fit well. I bought another in medium, it also fits well with just more compression. Some compression shirts are over the top tight that you have to put on feet first. This is not one of those but still slimming and supportive. I went smaller than Amazon recommended

The shirt does what it says. Fits well and offers good compression without a high neckline. I’ll keep it for some uses, but I find it a heavy material and I live in a warm climate so I’ll use lighter compression shirts like Under Armor more than this if temps are >50f.

why shouldn’t you should know about this item that it helps with a posture it moves everything out it minimize your belly cause I have a big belly and makes everything looks really smooth and natural

I’ve owned many compression shirts over the years - some I love and others I hate. This one I hate because of the false advertising. Though it does accomplish a couple of things. This is advertised as ‘slimming’ and shows photos where the model obviously was just sucking their gut in, as this shirt has no real compression that would cause the wearer to appear slimmer - like flattening a stomach or love handles. It literally does nothing in that regard. The material is super thin and has no resistance at all. I’m 5’11” and 210 lbs (should be about 180). I ordered a medium and I should have struggled to put it on, but instead it went on as easily as any t-shirt. Their sizing chart said I needed a large based on my chest and a XXL based on my weight. So the chart is pointless. The only redeeming value is that it is a wide neck, so much less chance of the shirt being exposed when wearing wider neck sweat shirts or t-shirts. Because the material is so thin, it didn’t feel to someone else like you’re wearing a compression shot under your close. And lastly it does slightly smooth down man boobs and lessens any overall jiggle from movement. BUT - the entire point is COMPRESSION AND SLIMMING- which this does not do. If you are only slightly overweight, or just need a little man boob compression maybe this will work for you. They need to offer a size small. I’m returning this for a real compression shirt with a wide neck. This is not a good value for the money and doesn’t feel like it will hold up durability wise.
