Just the Facts: A Short and Concise Guide to My Life, Estate, and Wishes

This personal portfolio manager was extremely comprehensive while at the same time very easy to complete. I have started and stopped many times when trying to organize my life affairs. I didn’t know where to start or even really what I needed to keep track of, so inevitably I would decide to “do it later.” Then “later” would never happen because the inherent difficulty of organizing my life affairs was still present . This book took away that difficulty and replaced what had been a task that gave me anxiety with a sense of accomplishment and peace of mind.I had needed a new birth certificate for long while, but didn’t know where to start or who to contact . This book had ultra handy resource section that clearly outlined the web address to get my all my vital records including my birth certificate . In addition I also liked that it had a section on medical coverage so it reminded me to call my new insurance company to check my dental coverage since my carrier had changed but I wasn’t sure if my coverage did.I think this was my favorite part. Where that it took the thinking aspect out of what needed to be organized. It did the organizing for me and all I needed to do was complete the various sections. Mothy bills/subscriptions, bank & investment accounts, credit cards, medical coverage and important contacts. “Just the Facts even had a section for my pets information which I would have never thought of!Highly recommend this book to people of any age that want to organize their personal affairs with a quick and easy to access booklet. Highly recommended.

This book is a fantastic way to get all of your important data in your life in one place! It also stimulated actions for me to take to ensure that all of my assets and liabilities are accounted for and in the event of a disaster or my death, all of my wishes can be accessed in one place. Thank you Susan Loumagne for creating such a comprehensive, easy to understand and use book for such important information about ME!

It has turned a "where-do-I-begin" into an empowering project. This book gave me just the impetus I needed. I enter information at my own pace and I take actions I've been avoiding. JUST THE FACTS provides concierge service!

I'm single and don't have children, so I've been reluctant to write down information. I didn't see the point. Then my friend, who is my executor, asked me questions about my estate and funeral wishes. She said that it would make the job easier if she knew what I wanted or if I made some preplanning for my funeral. So I bought this book, and it asked all the right questions. I've let my friend know that it's done, and we're meeting next week to go over it.

My wife and I also have the Our Personal Affairs by the same Author. I was very reluctant to get started on organizing our paperwork and final wishes because it seemed like a lot of work and I'm in no hurry, I've got great health. But just like cleaning the garage I'm so glad I did it! I like hangin out on the garage when it's organized and I feel so much more confident that everything is handled and our heirs and family will have all the answers and info they need to get things done. I'm really pretty proud of us for doing what needed to be done. I strongly recommend this version of Just The Facts.

For years, I've wanted to get my information together. I wasn't sure how or what I needed to do, and it just sounded like a chore. After looking on Amazon, I found, My Just the Facts book and it made the project so easy. I'm organized and people have just what they need. It took me a rainy weekend to get peace of mind having all my important information centralized. My next stop is to buy a lock box to store everything in one place. My Will, healthcare, etc.

Gathering information about yourself could be pretty overwhelming. This book helps to guide you through the important information you will need to help your loved ones in the event you aren't able to communicate to them. This book could also be used as a reference for you, to keep important information organized. This certainly helped me by prompting me to include some information I hadn't thought about. Our lives are complicated and include lots of little unconnected details. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and use this book to get organized!

After giving "My Personal Affairs Portfolio" and "Our Personal Affairs Portfolio" to friends and receiving the most sincere thanks, I ordered this book for my daughter. She is so thrilled with the gift! It's concise and perfect for someone whose time is limited in gathering "Just the Facts"! I would give ten stars if that were an option. Such a small investment in your piece of mind.
