I’ve been using this product for at least 2 years now, it’s easy to swallow with no awful taste and doesn’t really smell bad. I use this with a vitamin C supplement, these 2 work well together to help with better absorption. If you’re using this to help with discoloration and even toned skin this stuff works great, for best results I would stay consistent, results may show after 6 months, but trust me it works. I’m a dark skinned Indian woman who does landscaping so naturally my skin gets really dark in the summer time, using this helps lighten my skin tone and keeps me feeling confident about my skin.

I have been taking "Natures Craft" GLUTATHIONE for 3 months. My Facial Skin: It looks brighter and my natural skin tone (I'm a white women with a golden tanned skin) seems more balanced and healthy and I have a pink tone to my cheeks now and I no longer look exhausted, tired and worn out. My Body: It feels stronger full of strength and good energy. I am no longer tired as I/my body used to be. Auto Re-Order: I now get this product sent to me "auto re-order" monthly through Amazon. Going Forward: I will continue to take this product. Over All: It is a very good and natural product to take - my skin and body tells me so. :) Update: I will give an update to this review, with any new/more positive changes to my body from taking this natural product, in a few months after I've been on it for a total of six months ... which will be around the end of November 2020. My ratings ... 1. Best supplement - 5 stars for it benefits my body, skin and health as a whole. 2. Easy to swallow - 4 stars I can swallow with no problem but it is just a little uncomfortable going down my throat. 3. Flavor - 5 stars I do not taste a flavor 4. Thickness- 3 stars I personally prefer thinner and more natural capsules so natural they can break in your hand and desolve almost immediately when you put it in your mouth (no fillers or glue etc). The more natural is the BEST 4 me. But, I do believe the product is more purely natural than the capsule itself.

Y'all I woke up this morning to find that my stretch marks were faded! I've been using this for about 2.5 weeks now. My complexion is definitely brighter too! I honestly did not expect it to work so fast. I take mine alongside a B12 supplement. I've heard they aid each other in absorption and prevents the depletion of each other and so far it's proving to be true! My energy levels have not been this high in a while and I'm frequently in a good mood even through some tough situations. This is the first brand I've tried for glutathione and probably the only one I'll stick with. I think it's a good value for the money considering how quickly it works and the results I've seen so far. I'll come back and update once I've hit my 1 month.

Unlike a glowing review I know they would like with most supplements I can't really tell a difference. Whether this product is any better than their competitor I'd have no independent way of knowing. Glutathione is the most potent antioxidants to combat Free Radicals (caused by reactive oxygen species such as free radicals, peroxides, lipid peroxides, and heavy metals). I am also taking a number of other supplements like CoEnzyme Q, B Vitamins, C Vitamins, Alha Lipoic Acid, and D-Ribose. I'm almost 70 and noticing more energy on my weekend bike rides of 15-20 miles. Also a nap helps afterward. I know Gluthione should help with energy. Exactly how much I don't know. I'm debating add L-Carnitine--just not sure if the Oral Component will signifigantly affect the blood concentration.

Honestly, I've always been a skeptic with any kind of vitamins, supplements, and any of these so called "miracle pills." But I was honestly having trouble keeping an even skin tone as well as crazy dark spots from pimple scars. I was lost, and I just wanted to try whatever I could. I looked at reviews and took advice combined this glutathione supplement with vitamin c. It's been 3 weeks and I have gotten compliments and seen results myself of how my skin looking fresher, healthier, and brighter. It also toned down my acne scars and dark spots. Now, I would say, this supplement doesn't necessarily make your skin lighter. What it does is it brightens your skin, even as your skin tone, and makes your skin feel and look healthy and nourished. My suggestion is to definitely combine this with not only vitamin c but also with a good skin regimen. For me, nightly application of bio oil, and cetpahil, worked wonders for me. And of course make sure to wear sunscreen in hot weather.

Bought this for my daughter who had a bad spurt of acne. It’s finally improving and scars are lightening. It also seems to be helping some red sun damage on my cheeks. We also take 1000mg vit c ( I read somewhere the body can only absorb 250mg not sure). Plus adrenal support, d3 with k2, thyroid support, iron, lysine. For teen girls you need to be aware they could have PCOS, thyroid issue or imbalanced hormones. Best to get checked. We also had to deal with mellassezia on her forehead. It’s NOT normal acne. So if you have something you can’t cure look it up. We use clotrimazole has to be MAJOR brand. And a 5% benzoyl peroxide wash for her chin. You cannot put ANY oil products on this. Knock on wood things finally turning around! I did not count the pills in the bottle but seemed to last. Will count next time. Also if you suffer from bad acne dont eat ANY dairy. Also we did a free trial of Curology which seems to help so will order more. Also, she stopped eating oily foods like peanut butter.
