Great Product
a must for bakers

Excellent flour
Use to buy ready made mix bread flour (£1.80), but have explored if can get same for fraction price. Having tried variety of flours, this is best in my hands. Used 300 g of this, 200g of same brand wholemeal flour, 1 tbsp same brand yeast, 1tpsp sugar and one of salt. Mix with 300 mls water. Two rises and bake 40 mins. Don’t have bread machine, just dough hook on mixer. Rises very well, loaf about 70p, shop brought £3.50, add 2 tbsps seeds shop brought would be £5, make self approx 73p.

Bag nearly always split. Flour leaking.
Disappointing. Very nice flour with the right protein percentage to make great bread. But the makers pack too much into too small a bag which does not have the strength to survive being picked up or moved. Usually arrives leaking or split with flour going everywhere. This is manufacturer's fault not the shop's. Different shops same problem. Product open to contamination and can't be stored for long.
