This was my saviour during labour, couldn’t have been without it. Using the comb to distract labour pains was perfect, Did exactly what I needed it to do, easy to handle, great price.

I keep going into early labour and if it wasn't for this I wouldn't cope, it really helps squeezing this during the contractions, takes your mind off them and onto the pain in your handAlso saves you breaking your birthing partners hand

The product itself feels good quality and well made. Fits nicely in palm of my hand. I bought this for my labour as I’ve heard lots of people say it helps with the pain. Unfortunately it didn’t work for me but I think this is mostly due to the fact I had a back to back labour which apparently is one of the most painful ones with non stop contractions. Who knows, maybe in a normal labour with a break between contractions it would have helped me to cope with them better? I am hoping to have more children in the near future so will keep it for then and hope it works.

i used this to get through a very painful medical procedure and i have to say it was pretty good!! although i could still feel everything, it definitely provided a distraction and given im always squeezing something when i have to go through my catheter changes i think it did help. will continue using

Bought for labour, not used yet but looks great

This is a good quality comb and if used as a comb I would be happy. However, I used this for labour as recommended and this didn't help with pain. I realise this will be based on individual experiences however you could buy a normal comb that isn't classed as 'labour/birthing comb' at the fraction of the price.

Great birthing comb helped Me all the way up to the hospital during labour. Glad I bought this.
