My chiropractor recommended I wear a weighted vest to help with my diagnosed Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. I researched all kinds of vests. I knew that I would mostly be wearing the vest on walks, so I didn’t want to draw attention to myself by wearing the kind of vest that looks like a bullet-proof vest, nor one that looks like a parachute harness (those are fabulous for the gym but they do stand out wearing them around town or in the grocery store).I was happy to find this vest from ChallengeWorkoutWear. My weighted vest arrived last week. I am amazed at the quality of this vest (intentionally designed for women). To wear something ‘made in America’ is also important to me.I get a lot of compliments wearing my vest!The flexible Weight Thins are pliable and very easy to put in the inside pockets of the vest.Weight is distributed around the hips and down the back which is perfect for my needs.Amazon does not show a size chart (yet), which is:S/6 34” bust and 37” hipsM/8 36” bust and 39” hipsL/10 38 bust and 41” hips(Got this info from the info page that was shipped with my vest).Extra weights can be ordered and inserted into the vest (8 pounds max per vest).I would definitely recommend this vest!

Haven’t had a chance to use it but in installing the weights one of the shoulder slots was sewn shut so was unable to insert the weight. Not a big deal I just took the shoulder weight and doubled them up somewhere else. I have osteoporosis so am hoping this will be of value.
