Small, easy to install, effective

The rechargeable battery doesn't seem to charge well at all. Worked great for the first week. But my pony has now gotten loose 3 times due to the battery cutting off. Despite the fact it has direct sun light 11hrs daily. It's off more then it's on. I've had to resort back to my original plug in power box, to avoid my pony running into traffic.

This is my first season using it, but it has helped to keep the deer out of my garden. I like that it is designed to connect to a pigtail post, and you can even ground it using the same post, so you don't need any extra hardware or fence posts to mount it. You just need some braided wire and a bucket of pigtail posts and you are good to go.

The energizer is advertised for 25 miles of effective length. However, when you get the energizer, it’s rated for 10 miles.
