I’ve been using Fit Gel for years now. I started using Sweet Sweat at the beginning of my fitness journey and it works well but it’s way too pricey for me. So I did some research and found Fit Gel and I’ve never looked back.This is my first time trying this scent. It doesn’t smell bad, just like the regular fit get with a hint of berry. Give a great sweat. I usually workout from 1.5 - 2.5 hours and it enhances my workout and helps me sweat away some of that water weight. Even on days when I just do 30 minutes of cardio sweat is dripping of my body. Full disclosure I use this in addition to Sweat Shaper and a waist trainer and I can literally feel the sweat dripping down my torso and back.It’s not a gel, but it’s not hard either. Just scoop some out with your finger, rub it together between your hands for a second or two, then rub on your body.I’m satisfied and will continue to use this - especially at this price point.

As advertised, same as the expensive version. Very effective in making you sweat. Pleasant smell. Good amount for the price.
